Tonjaka is a qualified Barrister at Law, having been called to the Bar of England and Wales
by the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple, on July 22nd 2004.
Tonjaka is also a practicing attorney with the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court and has
been an attorney for the past 10 years. He is also a member of the Rolls of the High Court
of St Lucia. He is widely experienced in cross border transactions and has specific
expertise in compliance with Legislation in the offshore regulated space, UK financial
services legislation, EU directives and the US Dodd Frank Consumer Protection Act.
Tonjaka also advises and supports firms in all aspects of their IBC formation requirements
and assists in building strategic offshore structures for businesses including EEA firms or
UK domiciled companies with Non-Domiciled directors.
